If young persons satisfy their relation needs, of course they would also loose time, otherwise the relation will end; if young persons don't satisfy their relation needs, that thing could be almost always on their mind, with a bitter feeling; time would not be wasted but neither correctly used, and mental energy will be certainly wasted. I don't think there is a need to encourage Nature, she has its own strength, anyway I admit I don't know what happens in your Country regarding this subject.

Who cares. I really don't care what one person does with another.

I think it all depends. Unless you can balance both study and romantic relations well. College is still a school, the most important thing is learning. And, What's more, we can learn more useful thing than middle and high school. But I don't pro romantic thing. Yes, We are adults, we have the rights to develop the relations, but you should measure and judge and balance everything well.

I think,in my own views..this should be encouraged,coz we're adults now,and we're already mature,and we have privilege and chance to find our Mr Right or Mrs Right...sometimes being together can not only enhance your relationship ,but also can be helpful to your study to some extent.
