可能性と状態、ニーズの違いと思います。　 ないこともない＝could be possible　　 ないことはない＝less possibility but still could be possible 食べられない事もない＝食べられる、けれど　おいしくはない。 食べられない事はない＝食べられる、けれど　たべたくない。 .て/でならない と .... てはならない? これは用法が違います。　「思えて」　でいうと 「思えてならない」はOK、でも「思えてはならない」とはいわずに「思ってはならない」または「考えてはならない」になります。英語のmust/ have to に近いですかね？ 意味は　「なにかについて　そう　思うようになった理由が明確にある」　ということです。 なのでもう一つは、「なにかについて　そう考えては（思っては）　いけない」になります。
