"De novo" and "novamente"?
Is there a difference between using "de novo" and "novamente"?
I want to go again:
- Eu quero ir de novo.
- Eu quero ir novamente.
Does it matter which one I use?

It doesn't matter at all, they're synonyms and so they're interchangeable. The both mean the same thing. As duas palavras significam a mesma coisa, portanto você pode escolher qual delas quer usar.
