It is because no English speaker ever heard of that name. English-speaking cultures tend to rely on traditional names. English speakers are constantly amazed at the English names chosen by Chinese speakers. Chinese people have much more leeway in name selection compared to people in the West. In the West, it is not a problem for two people to have the same name.

It's not an English name, but it certainly is a stupid name! People will just laugh if you use that. Why not choose a proper name like Catherine or Lucy? Why do you Chinese always choose such stupid "English" names?
