What's the difference between "ese(a)" and "aquel(lla)" Both ese(a)" and "aquel(lla)" mean "that" in english, but what's the difference between them, and how and when to use them? Gracias

You use "ese" when referring to a masculine object that's away from you. "Esa" it's for a feminine object. Window = ventana: "Esa ventana está rota". Paper = papel: "Ese papel se manchó" The same applies to "aquel/aquella", but with objects that are farther from you
