How do you encourage your children or students to read?
Some people don't like to read. How do you encourage them? (Especially for kids and teens). I know, to say "you have to read, bla bla" is not effective. Do you have another way?

The best way to lead is by example.

To me the best way is to model by finding something you're interested and making reading a habit of everyday. Try motivating books before any of a specific subject, is easier to say it but getting oneself into the predicament, cause it take a lot of time.
