what is CET-4 for?

Get well prepare ,and finaly you should succeed ! A good listening ability needs plenty of time .and it is easy to get a high score You can read a lot to improve your writing skill . ......... After all I think there shouldn't be any question for a English learner to pass CET4 ,for it is so easy ,and someone can get a high score even without preparing for it
