Yes, I would agree that the wording flows better your second choice...Perhaps:

Classroom management strategies for handling disruptive behavior in English classroom.

*It is obvious that the "students" are the ones being disruptive, so I see no need to state it.

Number 2.  Definitly sounds better to me.  Or, maybe something like "Stratagies For Teachers: Ways To Handle Disruptive Students In English Class".  Hope that helps!
