No - your alternatives are wrong.
2 can play at that game.
What's good for the goose is good for the gander (usually male and female that one though)
Like for like!
Tit for tat.
As you sow, so shall you reap!
(Sarcastically) One good turn deserves another!
I'm going to give her/him a taste of her/his medicine!!

Hmmm... If you saw your neighbor steal your flowers, you could say something like this: "Hey, I saw you take my geraniums. Well, two can play at that game! I'm going to take some of your flowers." ("It takes two at that game" doesn't work.)
There aren't many (or any) expressions I can think of that are equal to "two can play at that game". The other expressions, (1) "it takes two" and (2) "that makes two of us" have very different uses:
(1) "It takes two [to tango]" is most often used when A blames B for something that both are involved in; B replies to A's blame by saying "It takes two...". See here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Takes_two_to_tango_%28idiom%29
(2) "That makes two of us" usually indicates agreement. A: "I am so glad school is over". B: "That makes two of us!"

two can play at that game= if one person does something wrong, someone else can do the same thing.
Example: So she's been spreading rumors about me, has she? Well, two can play at that game.
That makes 2 of us = we agree with each other
Example: Do you like chocolate as well? Great! That makes 2 of us!

You could say "I'm going to fight fire with fire", although "two can play at that game" is probably better.
"It takes two at that game" = doesn't make sense :(
"It takes two" = doesn't make sense in this context.
"that makes two of us"":

for example, in a conversation:
A: I don't like eggs
B: That makes 2 of us
It means "me neither"
