ADVERB
Forse [ avverbio] [adverb]
1.Without certainty, no absolute assurance, it usually indicates a doubt, uncertainty about what was said;
we can translate in english as the adverb ----> Perhaps!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
MODAL VERB
Puo' darsi : is the verb "Potere " used as a modal verb
example :
può essere, può darsi, potrei sbagliarmi ,
it indicates that there are more or less 50% certainy THIS IS SIMILAR TO THE ENGLISH MODAL VERB "MAYBE" or "COULD BE"
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
FUTURE
Sarà !!! It's the the third person singolar of the future of the verb to be "essere"
like "It will be....." It express doubt and uncertainty , we don't know the future but we will see what happens

Hi! In my opinion there isn't any strong differecence in meaning. These 3 expressions convey all uncertainty about a situation.
Forse/Sarà vero: maybe, Può darsi: it could be.
For instance: Forse pioverà (It is going to rain), Forse sono innamorato (Maybe I'm in love), Sarà vero? Può darsi...(May this be true? It could be).
I think there isn't a rule to use these expressions.
Just note that after Può darsi you usually use the subjunctive: può darsi che Lucia non sappia la lezione. Ciao!!!!

Forse questo e` troppo impegnativo per me,
specialmente al di fuori di un contesto.
Puo` darsi che qualcuno risponda.
Sara` chiaro allora che costui e` meno pigro di me.
