当然&应该&一定 当然=certainly 应该=should 一定=must

当然：表示对某一事件或某一行为的确认或肯定。 ------>我当然知道那是谁的东西。 一定：表示由于某种原因，必定或必然怎么样。 ------>他那么聪明，一定可以做好这份工作。 应该：表示从情理上而言必然或必须如此。 ------>既然你有时间，就应该多回家看望父母。

当然 means sure. When you are confident about what you said,you can use it. 应该means should. A kid of obligation. I.e. we 应该obey the traffic rules. 一定 means definitely,certainly. When you geez or bet ,you may use it. I.e. you look pale,you 一定病了 means You must be ill
