自行車 and 單車 are the common used words for bicycle." 我的朋友骑自行车 " --Here we do not use measure word. If you put a measure word before 自行车, it sounds really weird. 中文句子中，经常省略“量词”，可能是因为量词的存在与否并不影响句子的意思。
