意思没有区别，中国不同地区的人发音不同，第三声好像更口语化一些。Both ok! 但是正规按字典发音是第四声。

我觉得 应该根据当时的情境来发音，第三声显得温和一些，有商量的语气，第四声则有点命令的味道，或者显得不耐烦。 当然这只是日常口语中的用法，正规读音请参见字典

根据字典，会【huì，第四声】儿【er，轻声】
