Are these sound like same?

My sister IS nothing like me.
My sister DOESN'T look like me.
DO these sound THE same?
I think you meant to ask: Do these mean the same thing? And no, they can mean different things. My sister is nothing like me could refer to personality as well as looks, whereas the second sentence say that you have the same looks.
