This song is All in Hebrew (unlike the other one I posted which was a little bit of Ivrit, just wanted to know if that little portion of Hebrew was saying something different or saying the same thing as the lyrics that were in English)

Can someone please translate it for me? I don't know what he's saying. The only thing I understand is "Shema Israel". I think he said echad, which I understand, but I don't understand the rest. May someone please translate this for me?
