不再 + verb + 了 or 再也不 + verb + 了 == not...any more (future). 我不再/再也不吃肉了。 i wont eat meat any more. their difference: 不再 just presents a fact while 再也不 highlights the emotion "not...any more" for example, he is so mean! I wont play with him ANY MORE!!! 我再也不和他玩了！ here 再也不 highlights the emotion which is about hating his mean friend.
