"Having grown up" is referring to before (past) and up to this point (present) but not anymore (finished). That means having grown up somewhere before but not growing up there now. "Having been growing up" is referring to before (past), up to this point (present), and still going on (continuous). That means having been growing up since the past and still growing up.
