hello, in fact I am a Moroccan translator and I really don't understand what you meand by the word 'toto', since there is no such word in our language. however, it might have been used as an alias of someone's name or a place name.

hey i m from tunisia and we use the word toutou or toto just to spoiled someone for example : i don t call my fiance with his name i call him toto also for my brother when i want to spoiled him i call him toto . i don t know if this exactely the word that someone told you but i hope i gave u some help at least bye

maybe it is a short name for some one , it is has not any meaning except short name for a man his name is starting with a letter of ( T ) like : " tamer " or " Tareq " ... ect. with my best wishes to lerning arabic language
