I came across this Chinese word "yet meh!". i'm not sure whether it's Mandarin, Hokkien or etc.
i guess, it could be a nasty word.anyone know, what does it means??

I don't know the word. It's not mandarin. Can you tell me where you came across this word and the context of conversation.

I tried posting a message but the dumb system lost it... Oh well...
It's not Chinese, it's Thai (they are both tonal so it may be easy to confuse them if you've never heard either language before, Thai actually has 5 tones) and it's comprised of two words... "Yet" means "To have sexual intercourse with" or (more often) just "f**k. "Meh" (it would actually be written "Maeh" in English) means "mother". So the phrase literally means something between "motherf**ker" and "f**k your mom". It is a swear phrase but culturally it's viewed as a somewhat old skool expression... It can also be comical in some situations as I've heard comedians use this phrase before. Hope this helps. :]

sorry but there aren't such syllables as "yet" and "meh" among Chinese syllables
thus
it must be some other language
maybe Arabic or Indonesian

hmm i heard it from a video on youtube long b4. from the voice tone they used, sound like angry exclamation. perhaps it's a local dialect

i think it's an interjection. spoken in Malaysia/ Singapore. at first, i thought it's a Hokkien word.
