The translation of that sentence would be "cuatro ruedas mueven el cuerpo, dos ruedas mueven el alma". But, to be more "poetical" or to make it more motivating or emotional, I would say "cuatro ruedas pueden mover el cuerpo, pero dos pueden mover tu alma".

If you want avoid the literal translation, perhaps it's meaning could be:
