我想多花点儿时间去公园逛逛.
我想多花点儿时间去滑雪.
我想多花点儿时间去跳舞.
It should be noted that these sentences can also mean the present tense. In other words, they are also the Chinese for "I want to spend more time <in the park, skiing, dancing, etc.>"
Which tense they mean depends upon the context.

That was a quite incomplete and confusing comment. It doesn't address the length of time I wanted to spend (play) and it switches from "Chinese would say" to "you would say" which could be a grammatical mistake or could have some significance. Also, spend is a neutral word which works for all of the verbs I used as examples: in the park, skiing, dancing. Perhaps it doesn't translate to Chinese, but none of the native speakers mentioned that! "Play" (玩?) definitely only makes sense for spending time in the park. The real problem with your comment is asking me to translate Chinese to English. That's an absurd suggestion: if I have something I want to say in Chinese but I only know how to say it in English, I simply cannot do what you suggest. In fact, I did the best I could do by asking native speakers here how to translate it (assuming they would give me a literal translation and, if a literal translation is awkward, a more colloquial form as well).
