I think it should be like this. The first one 瘦,骨感,The second one is 似曾相识,The third one is 你是昨天载我是去机场的司机。

瘦 / 瘦巴巴 / 瘦癟癟 / 瘦稜稜 (瘦得只剩皮包骨的樣子) / 皮包骨 (皮與骨之間沒有肉)

還是 " It seems that I saw you somewhere. " ?

用 "您" 且稱呼對方 "先生"
