une chose qui CAUSE la fatigue = fatiguant (in English = tiring)
une personne qui SUBIT la fatigue = fatigué (in English = tired)
Ex : Conduire est fatiguant. Je suis fatigué de conduire.

Alors, fatiguant est un adjectif, quelque chose peut être fatiguant.
"Je viens de passer une journée fatiguante."
La fatigue est un substantif
"Beaucoup de jeunes parents souffrent de fatigue."
