"Rinne mé dreas traenála inniu" = "I worked out today"
"Dreas" means "a turn, stint, spell, bout" and is a more idiomatic way to talk about something which keeps you occupied for a certain period of time.
You can also say "rinne mé dreas aclaíochta" ("I worked out/did some exercise").
