Bah oui .. The same as you told it in french .. لكل مقام مقال ou bien لكل حادثٍ حديث means every situation has a speech i will give you an example .. I : you have to learn alphabets first you : what about verbs ? i : لكل حادثٍ حديث ou bien لكل مقام مقال means , when we reach verbs then we will talk about them .. mais il n'y a pas d quoi .. avec plaisir :D
