If you break the word দোষারোপ then it is formed of the 2 words দোষ (blame) and আরোপ (impose). Together it means "to blame (someone)".
Example:
1. তারা শুধু আমাকে দোষারোপ করতে পছন্দ করে ।
=> They just like to blame me.

2. তাকে ভুল দোষে দোষারোপ করা হচ্ছে ।
=> He is being blamed for false guilts.

3. ভালো কাজ করার পরও আমাকে দোষারোপ করা হলে, তাহলে আর লাভ কি?
