How to translate "the heavy young man"
Today, when I am translating "the heavy young man", its meaning closes to "the fat young man" or the "strong young man", which version is more appropriate?

It means "the fat young man". "Heavy" sounds far less insulting than "fat" (the latter doesn't have connotations of being healthy like in Chinese).
