how can i improve oral english ability My supervisor told me that my english writing ability is much better than my oral english ability, I think maybe it is just because i can have more time to think and organize language when writing. Who can tell me the efficent way to boost the oral english ability so that i can speal more fluently?

Hi Henry, I agree with Ruthi. In order to improve your oral abilities you need to practice speaking as much as possible. Don't be afraid to make mistakes. Speaking the language may seem intimidating at first but once you get over that initial hurdle you will find yourself enjoying your conversations and developing fluency quickly. The best place to start is right here on italki. Try and arrange a skype exchange with a fellow learner or book a session with a teacher and try to practice as often as you can. I hope this helps.
