what's the difference verbes in the infinitif end with ( ть ) and others end with ( ться )

Verbs ending with -ться are reflexive verbs, -ся = self.
So,
одеть кого-то = to dress somebody
одеться = to dress oneself

The verbs ending with -ться are similar to les verbes pronominaux in French :)
For example: laver - мыть, se laver - мыться; regarder - смотреть, se regarder (e.g. dans le miroir)- смотреться (в зеркало), etc.
