I would like to speak with you or I would like to speak to you or the both.

They are both correct, but can have a bit of a different meaning.
"Speak with" emphasizes a conversation between two or more people and emphasizes all people involved.
"Speak to" emphasizes more one person speaking and others listening.
However, in most situations you can use them interchangeably.
