They both speak in fairly standard English accents. Both actors are using their own natural accents. The man is from northern England, near Manchester, and the woman is from the London area. Neither accent is what would be termed RP. RP is a more refined, educated accent without any obvious trace of regional pronunciation. And yes, this film is an example of exactly how ordinary people speak in England.
