Me parece que = It seems to me

My Spanish is not great, but using Google translate this is what I got. Me parece que - It seems to me that Te parece bien que - You think well that The first translation is OK, but the second doesn't make any sense to me. Obviously this was just a word for word translation, but it might be something such as 'you might well think that...' or 'you might think so'.

Mi español no es bueno pero me parece que: (My Spanish isn't good but I think that:) Me parece que = I think or it seems (If I used it correctly above then this is true!) Te parece bien que= sounds good or as a question it could mean, Do you think.... ? or Is that alright?
