What is the meaning in English too of "I feel complete" ? If there is any mistake, I hope you correct it :)

Often, it's used in a romantic situation, to mean that having the other person with you means that you have everything you need and want, that they make you "completely" happy and feeling fulfilled. As the start of a sentence that continues, "complete" would mean "total".
