I can't think of a 1:1 equivalent. There's a similar expression "mit Herz und Seele dabei sein" or "mit vollem Herzen dabei sein", but it's used slightly differently, and you wouldn't use it when you give a reason for leaving a job. In that particular case, you'd probably phrase it completely differently to sound natural, e.g. Die Arbeit hat mich nicht ausgefüllt. Die Arbeit hat mir keinen Spass mehr gemacht. Ich hatte keine Beziehung mehr zu meiner Arbeit. etc.
