You may have (Tu as peut-être) as neighbour (comme voisin) someone (quelqu'un) who's coming from far away (qui vient de loin).
I'm not sure if it's correct in english, but this form is more close of the french construction.

Maybe you have a neighbour that comes from far away. (from an other city or country)
