"Worth" and "worthy" have similar meanings, but "worthy" is used more with people: "His act is worthy of praise." Therefore, B sounds better than D to me, but the grammar is hard to explain.

OK a personal opinion here with no grammatical explanation...just the native speakers gut instinct!
B - correct
D- correct

I'm not saying that the others are definitely incorrect (apart from A) but would be interested in hearing the grammatical explanation of each from a self confessed grammar geek :)
