selam i do not recommend Rosetta Stone because its teaching method is really slow and also it is really expensive , in my opinion . You can use the websites Doalingo and Memrise if your English level is intermediate or higher . They would be great teacher if you study daily basis .

Hi Homa! I recommend you to study some basic words, sentences and Turkish grammer from purpose-built teaching books for now if you are complete beginner. After you understand these things, you can and should start to read books. You are going to improve your vocabulary and grammer understanding with that way so it also makes your base writing and speaking skills.
