The word 'society' is a noun and an adjective, however, it is usually used as a noun.
'society' means a group of people that are related to each other by language, nationality, or culture.
So, 'society's resources' means the resources that are available to the group, such as the resources that Daniele listed in his answer.
The word 'social' is an adjective and a noun, however, it is usually used as an adjective.
'social' describes the way people act towards each other, i.e., people who act in a friendly way, in a way that includes companionship and good relations with other people.
For example: 'social media' means ways that people can communicate in a friendly way with other people. If you refer to (talk about) someone who is a 'social person' it means that the person is friendly and is happy to meet and work and communicate with other people.
'social resources' are the things that allow us to meet, work and communicate with others, such as: organizations, clubs (not bars), Facebook, Skype, and other social media (friendly ways of communicating).
So, the two expressions, 'society's resources" and "social resources" do not have the same meanings.
