Dia do amigo(Friend day) is a proposed symbolic date for celebrating friendship. It is celebrated here in Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay but to tell you the truth almost nobody knows about it date and I just remembered because you asked. At least here in Brazil I've never seen anybody celebrating it.

I just have noticed the day cause some notifications in facebook and whatsapp, but isnt a day that majority people remember here. (Sorry for my bad english, I'm improving.. intermediate yet)
