Is it wrong to say " I am going to take holiday next week"? What I want to mean by that is I will be on holiday next week. Is there any way to explain that by using a work "take"? Thanks a lot for your help in advance! Hyunwook

" I am going to take a holiday next week" is fine. All you need is to add the article before 'holiday'.
