what's " tres harsh" mean?
i heard this recently. i guess it means "pressure", but i'm not sure. it's not an English phrase,is it? the English dictionary doesn't have its meaning.
where/in what context did you hear the phrase used? As domasla says, it should mean "very harsh" but in a combination of French and English. It sounds like something you would hear in a movie when the character/writer is trying to make up some new kind of slang.
