How to use "The"? Is the following sentence strange?
Please advise if we can proceed THE samples as per THE pictures? The sentence is strange or not?
Actually I don't know how to use "THE" in my sentence. Please help me.
Sounds good to me. You're using the definite articles because the person you're addressing is familiar with the specific samples and pictures that you're referring to. The only thing I'd change is "proceed" — I believe you mean to say "proceed with" or "process," or perhaps some other word entirely.

It depends on what you are referring to and in what context: Are you asking if you can use some pictures as samples? In which case you could say:
'Please advise if we can use the samples, as in/per the pictures.'

The problem is with the word proceed, I think. Seems like it should be provide or process. It does not make much sense to me as it is.
