In my opinion, the sentence is not quite right. If you say, "This is to kindly remind you to send me the information below," the sentence literally means that the information is ALREADY found "below." What is really found "below" is a REQUEST for certain information, not the information itself. Therefore, I recommend, "This is to kindly remind you to send me the information requested below." Your letter or email will then describe "below" the type of information you want to obtain.
