Archer is correct, "diligent" means working with careful attention to detail in order to do a thorough job and not miss anything. "industrious" means working hard and being productive (think "industry" with its feeling of busy factories).

if you as me ; the meaning of the industrious is that working hardly the meaning of diligent is that working carefully there is slightly difference between them,But you can use both of them :D
