와우 저는 질문이 물어봤부터 오랜만이에요! I've been speaking Korean with native speakers almost every day, and there are some phrases that I notice I always want to say but don't even know in Korean:
1. Do you mean ~~ / Are you saying ~~ / So you mean ~~ (when asking someone to clarify something, or if I'm summarizing what they said)
2. "It doesn't have to be perfect."
3. "Pay attention to ~~" (detail, context, etc.)
4. "What a nightmare!" or "What a mess!" (referring to a situation)
5. "Can you hold this please?"
6. "Sure, might as well."
7. "I was just going to say that!" or "I was just thinking about that!"
8. "It's stuck in my head." (a song, a word, etc.)

"번역해 주세요. 와우 저는 지난번 질문한 지 오랜만이에요."
I'll translate using informal/casual style mostly, like between friends.
Please feel free to ask if you don't understand anything (it's a little messy).
1a) Do you mean ~~: 말야/거야/뜻이야, ...이란/다는 말야/거야? (이)란 for "is" / 다는 for other v/adj.
(말야 = 말이야, 거야 = 것이야; also 말이지, 것이지; 이란 after 받침, 란 if no 받침)
Do you mean this book? 이 책 말야? (no need for (이)란 if there's a noun phrase only)
Do you mean it is next Sunday? (그게/그것이) 다음 일요일이란 거야?
Do you mean he is alone? 그가 혼자란 말야? 그가 혼자란 뜻이야?
Do you mean I got it wrong? 제가 틀렸단 말이에요? 제가 틀렸다는 거예요 [뜻이에요]?
1b) Are you saying ~~: 이란/다는 말야/거야? (no difference from #1a in Korean)
Are you saying this is the end? 이게 끝이란 말야?
Are you saying I flunked? 제가 떨어졌다는 말이에요?
1c) So you mean ~~ : 그러니까/그래서/그럼 ...라는/다는 말이지/거지 [것이지]?
(usually said in the form of a question, which is really just a confirmation)
So you mean he will come next month? 그러니까 그가 다음달에 올 거란 말이지?
So you mean he's coming next month? 그러니까 그가 다음달에 온다는 거지?
So you mean they broke up: 그러니까 걔들 해어졌단 거지?
So you mean this is the best: 그래서 이게 제일 좋다는 거지요?
2) "It doesn't have to be perfect."
꼭 완벽하지 않아도 돼 [괜찮아] / 딱 맞지[떨어지지] 않아도 돼.
3) "Pay attention to ~~" (detail, context, etc.)
(이걸/이거/여기에) 주의해 / 이걸 신경 써 / 이걸 잘 해 [챙겨].
4a) "What a nightmare!": nightmare: 악몽; 끔찍하다: horrible, nightmarish
아, 참 [완전] 악몽이다 / 아 끔찍하다.
4b) "What a mess!" (referring to a situation): mess: 난장판, 개판; 죽쑤다: make a mess.
참, 난장판이네 / 개판이네 / 완전(히) 죽쒔네 (it ended up a mess).

5) "Can you hold this please?"
이것(을) 좀 잡아 줄래? / 이거 좀 잡아 봐 (hold this for me).
6) "Sure, might as well.": Sure: 물론(이지) might as well: (그것도) 좋지 / 그게 좋겠다.
물론이지, 그것도 좋겠다 / 그래, 그게 좋겠다 / 오케이, 그러자 [그렇게 하자].
7a) "I was just going to say that!"
바로 그 말(을) 하려던 중이었어 / 그러잖아도 그 말 하려던 참이야.
7b) I was just thinking about that!"
바로 그 생각(을) 하던 중이야 / 그러잖아도 그 생각 하던 참이야.
8) "It's stuck in my head." (a song, a word, etc.)
(그 노래가) 머리 속에 맴돈다 / 멜로디가 귓가를 떠나지 않아 / 그 말이 머리 속을 떠나지 않아. / 그 생각이 머리 속에 꽂혔어.
