How would you interpret these sentences? I really need help. The evening of my second day, I should spend at a theater or at the movies. How I should like to see the fascinating figure of Hamlet, or the gusty Falstaff amid colorful Elizabethan trappings! I cannot enjoy the beauty of rhythmic movement except in a sphere restricted to the touch of my hands. I can vision only dimly the grace of a Pavlova, although I know something of the delight of rhythm, for often I can sense the beat of music as it vibrates through the door. I can well imagine that cadenced motion must be one of the most pleasing sights in the world. I have been able to gather something of this by tracing with my fingers the lines in sculptured marble; if this static grace can be so lovely, how much more acute must be the thrill of see- ing grace in motion. Can you please give me a general concept of these sentences‚ I can't really figure out it .If you are a native speaker please interpret some parts so that I can work on them.

On my second night there, I think i will go to the theater or the movies. I would like to see some of the old statues, situated there amongst all the surroundings & architecture from nineteenth century England. It is hard for me to understand and appreciate how beautiful dancing is, because I am blind and I can only sense the movement that i can touch. I can't really understand why a pavlova (a dancer?) is so beautiful to watch, but I have an idea about why dancing is beautiful, because I can sometimes feel the beat of music through touching a door (the writer is deaf too). Sometimes i imagined that the careful and measured movements of dancers must be one of the most beautiful things to watch in the world. My only way to get an idea of this beauty is by touching and feeling the shape of stone statues, to understand how beautiful a person can be in a single pose. If a body can be so beautiful in a single pose, i can guess that its many times more beautiful when moving skillfuly and with grace, in a dance.

Hi there, The reason it seems difficult to understand is because it's written in an older, more poetic version of the English language. Due to native speakers not conversing in this way, the English you have probably already become used to hearing is completely different. I would like you to know, first, that even natives can get frustrated with trying understand the many possible meanings behind poetic language. Second, if it's really important to you to understand, what is the name of the book or poem you got this from?

Hey Amir, It is rather difficult to explain this because it is clearly a passage from a book.Now I don't know who is speaking, what the setting or context are, and so on, so it is not so easy to explain like that.

On my 2nd night I'd like to go to the theater or to the movies. I would love to see one of Shakespeare's plays , maybe Hamlet or Henry the Fifth , ( Faltstaff is a charcter that is present in a few of his plays),. I can't enjoy the beauty of rhythmic movement of the actors because I cant see , I can only experience the world through touch. I can see only dimly the grace of a Pavlova, ( Pavlova is a sculptor) although I know something of the delight of rhythm, because often I can feel the beat of music as it vibrates through the door. I can easily imagine that rythmic motion must be one of the most beautiful sights in the world. I have been able to understand something of (of means about ) the way these works of art must look by using my fingers to feel the outlines of sculptured marble . This is not complicated at all for native speakers to understand. The narrator is Helen Keller, a famous blind and deaf girl who with the help of an extraordinay teacher was eventually able to communicate with the world at a level equal to that of people without these disabilities.
