Bonjour Amélie,
L'adjectif sensible veut dire émotif, une personne sensible est une personne qui est facilement ému. Mais il a de nombreux autres sens.
L'adjectif sentimental veut dire relatif à l'amour, aux sentiments tendres.
J'espère que vous aurez perçu la différence.
