They are very close. However, I believe that Pronunciation is related to words (For example: How do you prnounce this word 'Flash'?). On the other hand, Accent is related to a certain language/dilact (For example: He has a strong Irish accent.)
Hope this answer is up to your expectations,

Pronunciation is how one says a word or the sounds of syllables. Syllables and words have standard pronunciations.
An accent is a regional or international difference in how one pronounces those "standard" sounds.
For example, a southern American may pronounce "get" slightly differently than a northern American. This difference in pronunciation of the sounds is called an accent. I speak American English with a "southern" accent. A Chinese person will pronounce English words a little different than an American because they are not familiar with our sounds, so they will speak English with a "Chinese accent". Indians speak English with an "Indian accent". To Americans, British people speak English with a "British accent". To British people, Americans speak English with an "American accent".

very good question. pronounciation means the stantard symbol sound. accent means like some special feature sounds. In my mind like this.
