"密切相关"太含糊了，我们写英语不喜欢这么含糊的。 "最早的时候"，是什么时候? 远古时候? "人的生产和生活"不就是已经包含了"实践活动"么? "生产、生活"是否应该写作"人类的经济活动和日常生活"? 中文原句你觉得写得好不好? 建议把前后几段贴上来，一来让我们掌握上下文，二来让我们判断一下究竟原文写得好不好，要是文章本身不好，翻译是吃力不讨好的。

I agree with Ben. I would apply information from the source text to extrapolate and translate the terms 生产、生活实践活动 into something that sounds less Chinglishy, though it may be to the chagrin of some Chinese google translate enthusiasts. The key here is to make the text read as though a native English speaker wrote it.
