Tengo entendido pero no estoy tan segura que 1) BEAUTY BOY significa hombre inocente o algo así; 2) PRETTY BOY es un hombre afeminado y es mas creo que calzaría perfecto a la definición de GAY; y 3. TRENDY BOY es aniñado o gomelo. Esto es correcto? ademas podrían ayudarme con algunos ejemplos en Inglés para comprender mejor

1) Beauty boy means a man who is innocent or something like that.  I've never heard the phrase "Beauty boy" I suspect it does not exist in English

2) PRETTY BOY means a man who is effeminate I guess, that man would be GAY.   Not necessarily gay at all, a pretty boy could be attractive if described as such by a gay person, but by a  heterosexual woman would equally mean a sexually attractive man/boy.  So effiminate and gay both not relevant.  So I guess "pretty" is in the eye of the beholder.

3) TRENDY BOY is a man who is latest trends and fads of the moment in spanish it would be.   Again the term "trendy boy" is a little odd.  The word "trendy" is clear but in English there is no need for the term "trendy boy" to exist specifically , just "trendy" will do.  (so not gender or age specific)
